Privacy Policy

Pixelya AI is operated by AKES. For any privacy question, contact us at support@pixelya.app.

• Photos you upload. Used only to create the image you ask for. They are sent to our AI image provider to generate the result and stored in your private storage; you can delete them at any time (see “Retention & deletion”).
• Images you create. Stored in your private storage and served to you over time-limited, signed links.
• An anonymous device identifier plus basic device info (platform, model, OS and app version) to run the service and provide support. It is not linked to your real identity.
• Purchases. When you buy credits, the transaction is handled by the App Store; we receive a purchase event (via RevenueCat) to add your credits. We never see your card details.
• Usage & diagnostics. Product-analytics events (PostHog), install attribution (AppsFlyer), and crash/error reports (Sentry) — at the anonymous device level, to understand usage and fix problems.
• A notification token, only if you enable push notifications, so we can tell you when your image is ready.

Pixelya AI does not collect, generate, or store face data or any biometric identifiers. We do not run facial recognition or face detection, we do not build or keep face templates or face geometry, and we never use your photos to identify you. Photos you upload may contain faces, but they are treated only as ordinary images: they are sent to our AI image provider solely to generate the result you ask for, kept in your private storage, and permanently deleted when you delete your account (see “Retention & deletion”). Face data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with data brokers.

To provide and improve the app, process your purchases, send the notifications you opt into, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Only the providers needed to run the service: our AI image provider (fal.ai, which routes your photo to the image or video model that generates your result) to create images, cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare) for hosting and storage, the App Store and RevenueCat for purchases, and the analytics/diagnostics tools listed above. Each receives only what it needs for its function, and none of them receive face data — we do not collect any (see “Face data”).

We ask your permission before using the advertising identifier (IDFA) for install attribution. You can decline — the app works exactly the same; only attribution is affected.

Separately from the app, pixelya.app measures visits so we can tell which ads and articles bring people here. Alongside our product analytics (PostHog), pages may load the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels while we are running campaigns on those platforms. They record page views and clicks on this site — never your photos, and nothing from inside the app. You can block them with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker; the site works exactly the same.

Your photos and creations are kept until you delete your account, at which point they — together with your device profile, remaining credits, and stored data — are permanently removed. You can delete everything in the app (Profile → Delete account) or from pixelya.app/delete.

Delete your account and all associated data at any time (see above); turn notifications and tracking on or off in your device settings.

Pixelya AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change, and material updates will be reflected here.
