Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pixelya AI account and all of its data at any time, right from the app. If Pixelya AI is installed, the button below takes you straight there.

Open Pixelya AIOpens the app to Profile → Delete account.

What gets deleted

  • Your device profile and session
  • Every image you've created
  • Your remaining credit balance
Deletion is immediate and permanent — it can't be undone. Purchased credits are non-refundable, so use any remaining credits before you delete. Refunds, where eligible, are handled by the App Store or Google Play.

Prefer to do it manually?

  1. Open the Pixelya AI app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
