- What is Pixelya AI?
- Pixelya AI turns your photos into striking AI artwork — studio headshots, figurines, claymation, restored memories and dozens of other styles. Pick a style, add a photo, and get a clean, watermark-free result in seconds.
- How do credits work?
- Every creation uses credits. A standard-quality image costs 1 credit and a high-quality image costs 2. You buy credits in one-time packs — there's no subscription — and spend them whenever you like.
- Do my credits expire?
- No. Your credits are yours to keep: they never expire and nothing renews automatically. Buy a pack once and use it whenever inspiration strikes.
- How do I get more credits?
- Open the app, tap your credit balance in the top-right corner (or go to Profile → Get credits), and choose a pack. Payments are handled securely by the App Store or Google Play.
- Can I get a refund?
- Payments are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, through Google Play. Unused credits are non-refundable.
- How long does a creation take?
- Most images are ready in under a minute. You can leave the app while you wait — turn on notifications and we'll tell you the moment your art is ready.
- Is my data private?
- Your photos are used only to create the art you ask for. We never sell your photos, and you can delete your account and all related data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, every image you've generated and any remaining credits. You can also start at pixelya.app/delete.
